Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments from Shenzhen Sdison Technology Co., Ltd. are made under EXW (Ex Works) incoterms — Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Under EXW terms, the buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with transportation, including freight charges, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, and applicable taxes in the destination country.
Alternative incoterms — including FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or DAP (Delivered at Place) — may be arranged upon request and will be specified in the sales contract and proforma invoice. Any divergence from standard EXW terms must be confirmed in writing prior to shipment.
Our standard minimum order quantity is determined on a per-product basis and will be communicated during the quotation process. Sample units for technical evaluation may be available at reduced quantities subject to availability and prior arrangement. Volume pricing tiers are available for orders exceeding standard MOQ thresholds. Contact our sales team for product-specific MOQ details.
Standard shipping methods include international air freight (3–7 business days), express courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS — 2–5 business days), and sea freight (15–35 business days depending on destination). Lead times for manufacturing vary by product line and order volume. Typical production lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Custom configurations or OEM modifications may require additional lead time.
All products are packed in export-grade packaging suitable for international transit, including moisture protection, shock-absorbing foam, and reinforced outer cartons. Shipping insurance is available at the buyer's request and expense. Unless insurance is specifically requested and paid for, shipments travel at the buyer's risk once they leave our facility under EXW terms.
Sdison Technology maintains quality control procedures aligned with industry standards. All products undergo functional testing prior to shipment. Upon request, we can provide pre-shipment inspection reports. Buyers are entitled to arrange third-party inspection at their own expense prior to shipment, subject to reasonable notice and scheduling at our Shenzhen facility.
Quality disputes must be reported in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the alleged defect. Acceptable defect tolerances follow AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling standards as specified in the sales contract. Where no AQL standard is specified, a general tolerance of 1.5% for minor cosmetic defects and 0% for functional defects shall apply unless otherwise agreed.
Products found to have material manufacturing defects will, at Sdison's discretion, be repaired, replaced, or credited. Sdison reserves the right to inspect returned products before authorizing any remedy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The buyer must retain all packaging materials, take clear photographs of the damaged goods and packaging, and note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of acceptance. Failure to document transit damage at the point of delivery may limit the buyer's ability to claim compensation from the carrier.
As a B2B manufacturer of specialized wireless transmission equipment, all orders are considered final upon order confirmation. Standard commercial terms do not include a retail-style return period. The following conditions apply:
The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all import regulations, customs procedures, and product certification requirements in the destination country. This includes but is not limited to radio frequency licensing, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) certifications, and wireless equipment type approvals. Sdison will provide reasonable technical documentation to assist with regulatory filings upon request.
